With a background in fine art, illustration and making, Jon works across sculpture, furniture, functional objects, perfume and cordial making, combining traditional craft with contemporary technology and a healthy curiosity about what things could become.

 

His work begins with the hunt for interesting objects, materials, ingredients and ideas and a simple question: What else could this become?

 

Based in East Anglia, Jon's work moves between gallery pieces, functional design, commissions and small-batch creations. Whether working with an old object or a handful of ingredients, the aim is the same: to make something distinctive, useful and worth keeping.
