Celia brings a love of beautiful, unusual and unique things to Found and Fused. With a background in surface and graphic design, she has an instinct for spotting the unseen detail, unexpected material and forgotten object that can become something extraordinary.

 

Her eye is drawn to pieces with character. The patina of forgotten objects, the pattern of worn fabrics, the colour combinations that shouldn’t quite work, but somehow do. Celia thrives hunting down vintage treasures, materials and objects with a story, then imagining how they might be given a new life through Found and Fused.

Based in East Anglia, Celia regularly exhibits work across art shows, gallery exhibitions and sculpture trails. Her handcrafted jewellery made from vintage found materials can be found in shops, online and by commission.
